INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Moroccan Inspired Lamb Chops
  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. In a greased 11-inch x 7-inch baking pan, layer potatoes, garlic, cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour heavy cream over the top.
  • 2. Bake at 400ºF for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • 3. Heat lamb according to package directions.
  • 4. Serve with scalloped potatoes and balsamic glazed vegetables.
