Hawaiian Style Chicken Bowl

Combine Savora® Hawaiian Style Chicken with peppers, edamame, and grilled pineapple. Serve over rice for a delicious Hawaiian style dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Hawaiian Style Chicken
  • 1 sweet red pepper, seeded and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 cups shelled edamame, heated according to package directions
  • 6 pineapple rings
  • 4-5 cups cooked brown or white rice

Directions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush peppers with oil.
  • Grill pepper and pineapple for 5-6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Cut into 1/2- inch chunks.
  • Remove chicken from sauce; set sauce aside. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes or until heated through; turning occasionally. Slice into ½-inch strips.
  • Place sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Toss with chicken, pineapple, edamame and pepper.
  • Spread 1 cup rice into each bowl; top with chicken mixture.
