Ingredients

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Braised Beef Tips in Asian Sesame Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¾ cup shredded Napa cabbage
  • ¾ cup shredded green cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrot
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 8 -10 slider buns, split and toasted

Directions

  • 1. Shred beef; heat beef and sauce according to package directions.
  • 2. In a bowl, combine the cabbages and carrot. In another bowl, whisk the olive oil , soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, vinegar, ginger and sesame seeds. Toss with cabbage mixt ure.
  • 3. Top bottom of each bun with beef, slaw and bun top
