Ingredients

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Fig and Balsamic Lamb Shanks
  • 1 package (17.6 ounces) potato gnocchi
  • ½ pound asparagus, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  • Prepare lamb according to package directions; remove from bone.
  • Prepare gnocchi according to package directions; divide in half. Use half for another use.
  • In a skillet, sauté the asparagus and onion until crisp-tender. Add the gnocchi, sauce and lamb. Cook and stir until heated through.
