Ingredients

  • 1 package Savora ® Sous Vide Braised Beef In Asian Sesame sauce
  • 2 cups long grain white rice
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 can (13.66 ounces) coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2-1/2 cups shaved Brussels sprouts
  • 4 mini sweet bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  • In a saucepan, combine the rice, water, coconut milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté the Brussels sprouts and peppers in olive oil. Add the beef and sauce. Cook an additional 3 minutes or until heated through.
  • Serve beef mixture over coconut rice.
