Ingredients

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Mint Tarragon Lamb Shanks
  • 4 russet potatoes, peeled and chunked
  • 1 package (5.5 ounces) Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Gournay Cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½-1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • In a saucepan, cover potatoes and garlic with water. Bring to a boil; simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
  • Add the cheese and salt; mash until smooth.
  • Prepare lamb shank according to package directions. Serve with potatoes.
