Ingredients

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Mint Tarragon Lamb Shanks
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional

Directions

  • In a skillet, sauté the onion, pepper and garlic in oil. Add the tomato paste, beans, tomatoes and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the lamb shank according to package directions. Serve with the ragout. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
