Ingredients
1 package Savora® Sous Vide Mint Tarragon Lamb Shanks
1 medium onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14.5 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1-2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional
Directions
In a skillet, sauté the onion, pepper and garlic in oil. Add the tomato paste, beans, tomatoes and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the lamb shank according to package directions. Serve with the ragout. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
