1 package Savora® Sous Vide Irish Beef Stew
1 cup dark beer
2 tablespoons brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove the pouch from the tray, open the plastic pouch and empty the contents into a pot or saucepan.
2. Add the beer and brown sugar. Heat the stew over medium heat, stirring regularly until the stew begins to simmer.
3. Turn heat to low and allow the stew to simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Turn off the heat and allow the stew to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
