1 package Savora® Sous Vide Irish Beef Stew, dice potatoes, carrots, and beef
1 pre-made pie dough
Egg wash, if desired
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
2. Place the stew in a 10-inch oven-proof skillet. Unroll the dough; cover the skillet with the round of pie dough, pressing the dough to stick to the rim of the skillet.
3. Cut vents in the top of the dough. Brush with egg wash, if desired.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is heated.
