Ingredients

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Mint Tarragon Lamb Shanks
  • 4-6 russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  • In a greased 11-inch x 7-inch baking pan, layer potatoes and cheese sauce.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 400ºF for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Prepare lamb shanks according to package directions. Serve with potatoes and vegetable of choice.
