INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Beef Birria, chunked
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup pinto beans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup sliced celery
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 poblano pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1-2 cups chicken or beef broth
  • Lime wedges and cilantro, if desired

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. In a Dutch oven, cook and stir the celery, onion, and pepper in oil until tender.
  • 2. Add the beef, corn, beans, and broth. Bring to a boil; cook until beef is heated through.
  • 3. Serve with limes and cilantro.
