Fig and Balsamic Lamb Shanks with Pomegranate Couscous
Pair Savora® lamb shanks with an herb and citrus couscous mixed with apricots and pomegranates for a Mediterranean style dinner.

Ingredients
1 package Savora® Sous Vide Fig and Balsamic Lamb Shanks
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup couscous
1 teaspoon butter
½ cup chopped, dried apricots
¾ cup fresh pomegranate arils
1 orange, juiced and zested
1 tablespoon chopped mint
Directions
In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil. Add couscous, apricot, salt and butter. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Add the pomegranate, orange juice and zest and mint; toss to combine.
Heat lamb shank according to package directions; serve with couscous.
