INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora ® Moroccan Inspired Lamb Chops
  • 2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. In a saucepan, combine the rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 2. In a skillet, sauté the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic in oil. Add the garbanzo beans, rice, Worcestershire sauce, almonds, salt and pepper.
  • 3. Heat lamb according to package directions.
