  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Mediterranean Style Lamb Shanks
  • 4 cups cubed red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Prepare Mediterranean Style Lamb Shanks according to package directions.
  • 2. Meanwhile, preheat an oven to 425°F.
  • 3. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Bake for 25 minutes or until tender.
