INGREDIENTS
1 package Savora® Sous Vide Fig and Pomegranate Lamb Shanks
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup couscous
1 teaspoon butter
½ cup chopped, dried apricots
¾ cup fresh pomegranate arils
1 orange, juiced and zested
1 tablespoon chopped mint
DIRECTIONS
1. In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil. Add couscous, apricot, salt and butter. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
2. Add the pomegranate, orange juice, zest, and mint; toss to combine.
3. Heat lamb shank according to package directions; serve with couscous.
