INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Fig and Pomegranate Lamb Shanks
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • ½ cup chopped, dried apricots
  • ¾ cup fresh pomegranate arils
  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil. Add couscous, apricot, salt and butter. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
  • 2. Add the pomegranate, orange juice, zest, and mint; toss to combine.
  • 3. Heat lamb shank according to package directions; serve with couscous.
