1 package Savora® Sous Vide Thai Style Coconut Curry Chicken
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
¾ cup sliced mushrooms
¾ cup halved pea pods
2 cups quartered baby bok choy
1/2 cup chicken broth
1-2 tablespoons fish sauce, optional
Lime wedges and sliced Thai chilies, if desired
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare Thai Style Coconut Curry Chicken according to the package directions.
2. In a Dutch oven, cook and stir the mushrooms, bok choy, and pea pods in oil until tender. Add the Thai Style Coconut Curry Chicken and sauce. Add the broth and fish sauce, if desired.
3. Cook until heated through. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with Thai chili peppers, if desired.
