INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Thai Style Coconut Curry Chicken
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 cup halved and sliced zucchini
  • ¾ cup quartered and sliced carrots
  • 1 sweet red bell pepper, seeded and julienned
  • 1 cup baby corn, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups prepared rice noodles
  • Thai basil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. In a skillet, cook and stir the carrot in oil for 3 minutes; add the zucchini, red pepper, and corn. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
  • 2. Add the Thai Style Coconut Curry Chicken with sauce; cook until heated through. Add the rice noodles, cook and stir until the noodles are tender.
  • 3. Garnish with basil, if desired
