INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Short Ribs with Sesame Soy Sauce
  • 1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and chunked
  • 1/3-1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Prepare Short Ribs with Sesame Soy Sauce according to package directions.
  • 2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil; simmer until potatoes are tender. Drain well.
  • 3. Transfer to a mixing bowl, and whip for 30-45 seconds. Add the cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Whip for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency.
  • 4. In a bowl, combine and whisk the sugar, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce. Add the cabbages and green onion; toss to coat.
  • 5. Serve with short ribs and whipped potatoes.
