Combine Savora® Hawaiian Style Chicken with fresh carrots, asparagus and peppers to create a delicious stir fry dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Savora® Sous Vide Hawaiian Style Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1-1/4 cups 1-inch asparagus slices
  • 3/4 cup each chopped red and yellow pepper
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2-1/2 cups cooked brown or white rice

Directions

  • In a skillet, sauté the carrots in oil for 3 minutes. Add the chicken, asparagus and peppers. Cook an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Remove from pan and set aside. In skillet, scramble eggs. Add rice and chicken mixture. Cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
