Heat 2-3 TBS. olive oil in a skillet on high heat.
Remove pouch from tray and open. Place meat on paper towel and gently pat the surface for optimal sear.
Once oil is hot, sear lamb chops and cook over medium-high heat for approximately 6 min. on each side for medium rare doneness.
Lightly cover the chops and allow to rest in a warm place for 3 min. before serving.
ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHODS
GRILLED (ALTERNATIVE)
Heat grill to high heat.

Sear lamb chops and cook over high heat for approximately 5 min. on each side for medium rare doneness.
Lightly cover the chops and allow to rest in a warm place for 3 min. before serving.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS – WE DON’T RECOMMEND IT, BUT IN A PINCH
Cut a ¼" slit on the top of the pouch and place it on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 2 min. or until warm.
Let product rest in microwave 1 min. before handling as bag will be hot.
