PREFERRED COOKING METHOD

STOVETOP (PREFERRED)

  • Heat 2-3 TBS. olive oil in a skillet on high heat.
  • Remove pouch from tray and open. Place meat on paper towel and gently pat the surface for optimal sear.
  • Once oil is hot, sear lamb chops and cook over medium-high heat for approximately 6 min. on each side for medium rare doneness.
  • Lightly cover the chops and allow to rest in a warm place for 3 min. before serving.

ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHODS

GRILLED (ALTERNATIVE)

  • Heat grill to high heat.
  • Remove pouch from tray and open. Place meat on paper towel and gently pat the surface for optimal sear.
  • Sear lamb chops and cook over high heat for approximately 5 min. on each side for medium rare doneness.
  • Lightly cover the chops and allow to rest in a warm place for 3 min. before serving.

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS – WE DON’T RECOMMEND IT, BUT IN A PINCH

  • Cut a ¼" slit on the top of the pouch and place it on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 2 min. or until warm.
  • Let product rest in microwave 1 min. before handling as bag will be hot.
