HOW TO USE SAVORA SOUS VIDE

How to Prepare Savora

Savora Sous Vide can be enjoyed hot or cold. When preparing, do not overheat as the product is already fully cooked.

Microwave
(Preferred Method)

  1. Remove label with instructions and heat in microwave for 1 minute. Package is microwave safe, do not pierce film before microwaving.
  2. While microwaving, the package film may create a dome, which keeps the meat tender and juicy.
  3. Let sit in microwave for 1 minute. Use caution when removing tray, as the product will be very hot. Peel film from corner or cut film open to remove meat and serve.

Stove Top

  1. Lightly coat non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Remove meat from package, separate slices, and place in skillet.
  2. Heat product, turning frequently for 5 minutes over medium heat or until desired temperature is reached.

Oven

  1. Remove meat from package, separate slices, and place in an oven safe dish. Cover tightly with foil.
  2. Heat at 350F for 12 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.

SAVORA SOUS VIDE FLANK STEAK WITH STEAKHOUSE SEASONING & POTATOES

Serves: 2
Total Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora Sous Vide Flank Steak
  • 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with 2 Tbsp. olive oil and crushed garlic; season with salt and pepper. Spread potatoes on an oiled baking sheet and roast until golden brown and crisp, about 20 minutes, turning occasionally with a metal spatula.
  3. Bring a pot of water to simmer on the stove. Add green beans and cook for about 6 minutes.
  4. Heat 1 package of Savora Sous Vide Flank Steak (see cooking instructions above).
  5. Combine green beans and potatoes and serve with your perfectly delicious Savora Sous Vide Flank Steak.

Savora Sous Vide Steakhouse Steak Salad

Serves: 2
Total Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora Sous Vide Flank Steak
  • 5 oz. package baby red butter and butter lettuce blend
  • 1/2 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small avocado, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced into half rings
  • 2 oz. feta, crumbled
  • Salt and Black pepper (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce blend, red onion, cherry tomatoes, avocado and half of crumbled feta.
  3. Toss salad with your favorite red wine vinaigrette and arrange in two salad bowls.
  4. Heat 1 package of Savora Sous Vide Flank Steak (see cooking instructions above).
  5. Arrange your perfectly delicious Savora Sous Vide Flank Steak slices atop salads. Sprinkle remaining cheese and additional vinaigrette, serve and enjoy.

SAVORA SOUS VIDE CHICKEN WITH SEA SALT & CRACKED BLACK PEPPER PESTO PASTA

Serves: 2
Total Time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora Sous Vide Salt & Pepper Chicken
  • 1/2 pound Cavatellii pasta (or your favorite)
  • 1/2 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss cherry tomatoes with 2 Tbsp. olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place cherry tomatoes on an oiled baking sheet. Roast for approx. 25 minutes, until burst and slightly charred. While roasting, remove from the oven a few times to shake in order to roast evenly and avoid sticking.
  3. Cook your favorite pasta according to instructions. (Recommended: Cavatelli)
  4. Drain pasta and toss in pesto.
  5. Heat 1 package of Savora Sous Vide Salt & Pepper Chicken (see cooking instructions above).
  6. Top pesto pasta with cherry tomatoes and serve with your perfectly delicious Savora Sous Vide Salt & Pepper Chicken.

Savora Sous Vide Garlic & Herb Chicken and Squash

Serves: 2
Total Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Savora Sous Vide Garlic & Herb Chicken
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half moons
  • 1 medium yellow squash, cut into half moons
  • 1/2 small butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a bowl, combine zucchini, yellow squash, butternut squash, lemon juice, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix and add vegetable mixture to baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
  3. Heat 1 package of Savora Sous Vide Garlic & Herb Chicken (see cooking instructions above).
  4. Plate vegetable mixture and grate Parmesan. Serve with your perfectly delicious Savora Sous Vide Garlic & Herb Chicken.
