Remove the pouches of short ribs from the tray and cut open pouches. Do not use the black tray from this package as it is not oven safe.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
Coat the short ribs with the sesame soy glaze and contune to bake for 10 additional minutes. Baste meat with glaze and juices if desired.
Remove the pan from the oven and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHODS
STOVETOP (HOT WATER)
Fill a large sauce pan or stock pot with water and bring to a simmer. Make sure the water does not boil. You should only see small bubbles rising to the surface.
Remove the pouches of short ribs from the tray and place the unopened pouches in the pot and return to a simmer.
Heat at a simmer or lower for 40 minutes. Place unopened pouches of sesame soy glaze in the pot of hot water 5 minutes before short ribs are done.
Remove the pouches from the water and let rest for 3 minutes.
Open short rib pouches and drain off excess juices. Glaze short ribs with sauce and serve.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS - WE DON’T RECOMMEND IT, BUT IN A PINCH:
Heat one pouch at a time. Cut a 1" slit in top of pouch with short ribs and place on microwave-safe plate. Warm for 2-3 minutes (time will vary depending on your microwave). Turn the short rib upside down and microwave an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from microwave and let rest 3 minutes. Put sesame soy glaze in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds. Carefully open the short rib pouch and drain excess juices. Glaze with sauce and serve.
